The staff here were absolutely wonderful, especially Karen in the restaurant and the incredibly helpful bellhop (I believe he's Jamaican, though I didn't catch his name). The entire facility was spotlessly clean, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We especially loved the poolside restaurant - such a perfect spot to relax. This is definitely the best place to stay in Times Square. While the online pictures are fantastic, seeing it in person was even better - everything exceeded our expectations!
